Healthy food

I have to eat foods that contains vitamins to keep healthy. There are some kind

of unhealthy foods that adults and children's will must likely to eat are chocolates,
fried food or even sneaks or crackers.It is important to eat healthy food because
it could make you strong , fit and healthy.They are diabetes and high blood pressure.
It has vitamins and carbohydrate.I like to eat fruits and vegetable because has
vitamins and I love to eat juicy fruits.No,I'm always eating healthy food .I will
encourage them to do sit-ups,push-upsor even skipping.
